League now goes hand in hand with winning the West Riding Womens
League Title and Howden Clough manager Graham Walker was moved to
say...
"This
presentation is tinged with joy and sorrow. We have been with
the Girls League from the start and it is with some regret that we
are leaving but, although we are entering a new League, we are going
as representatives of the West Riding Girls League and wish everyone
associated with the League all the best of luck for the future"
